Welcome to Mindful Nurseries Addiscombe

Mindful Nurseries Addiscombe is a welcoming nursery in East Croydon providing high-quality childcare in Addiscombe for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Open 51 weeks a year, our nursery offers a nurturing environment where children of all ages and stages can learn, play, and grow together in a mixed-age setting.

Our approach celebrates each child’s individuality, combining free-flow play, allowing children to move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces, with carefully planned activities that support early years development.

All our activities are aligned with the EYFS framework, and our nursery is Ofsted inspected, giving parents peace of mind that their child is receiving safe and high-quality care. At Mindful Nurseries, we’re more than a nursery in Addiscombe – we’re a family, committed to supporting, encouraging, and inspiring every child every day.

the curiosity approach

The Curiosity Approach provides fantastic sensory and learning opportunities. Children learn through natural, holistic materials and real-life objects, helping them explore the world around them. At Mindful Nurseries, we’ve embraced this approach and added our unique touches to create a nurturing space for your little one.

healthy early years london

Mindful Nurseries is proud to be taking part in Healthy Early Years London (HEYL). It is an awards scheme funded by the Mayor of London which supports and recognises achievements in child health, wellbeing and development in early years settings. HEYL will help to reduce health inequalities by supporting a healthy start to life across themes that include healthy eating, oral and physical health and early cognitive development. To find out more, click here
